Cranberry Run Business Park is a 268,000 sq. ft five building business park constructed in the 1980’s and purchased & renovated by FRP in 2019. The warehouses offer dock and drive-in loading and ceiling clear heights of 19’-32’. The available contiguous spaces range from 6,000 – 126,000 sq. ft. The Park is located in an Enterprise Zone in the town of Aberdeen and adjacent to a major military installation at Aberdeen Proving Grounds.
