Hollander Business Park

The Hollander Business Park is a 50-acre planned industrial park that commenced development in the mid-2000s. Hollander is just 4.7 miles from the Port of Baltimore, the farthest inland port on the east coast, and sits adjacent to both Interstates 95 and 895. Completed in 2022 with the delivery of its seventh and final building, this business park consists of state-of-the-art class A warehouse product in the range of 65,000 – 100,000 sq. ft. with dock and drive-in loading, and ceiling clear heights of 24′-32’.  FRP purchased the site in 2007 and completed base infrastructure in 2009.
