The Hollander Business Park is a 50-acre planned industrial park that commenced development in the mid-2000s. Hollander is just 4.7 miles from the Port of Baltimore, the farthest inland port on the east coast, and sits adjacent to both Interstates 95 and 895. This location is currently under active construction to deliver state-of-the-art class A warehouse product in the range of 65,000 – 100,000 sq. ft. with dock and drive-in loading, and ceiling clear heights of 24′-32’.  FRP purchased the site in 2007 and completed base infrastructure in 2009.  The park is nearing completion scheduled for 1Q23 at which point it will include some 525,000 sq. ft. of Class A warehouse space housed in seven buildings, all but one which is constructed of concrete tilt-wall.

The final building is under construction which will include 101,000 sq. ft. at 32′ clear.
