The Hollander Business Park is a 50-acre planned industrial park that commenced development in the mid-2000s. Hollander is just 4.7 miles from the Port of Baltimore, the farthest inland port on the east coast, and sits adjacent to both Interstates 95 and 895. This location is currently under active construction to deliver state-of-the-art class A warehouse product in the range of 65,000 – 100,000 sq. ft. with dock and drive-in loading, and ceiling clear heights of 24-32’.  FRP purchased the site in 2007 completing the infrastructure in 2009. 1841 and 1865 62nd Street are currently under construction for a targeted delivery in Q2 2021. These 2 buildings will consist of a 67,000 sq. ft flex/warehouse building and an 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse building of 28’ and 32’ clear height, respectively.
