David deVilliers, Jr. is the President and Chief Operating Officer of FRP Holdings, Inc. and holds the same positions in FRP Development Corp. and Florida Rock Properties, Inc. He has served in these capacities since the creation of FRP Development in 1988. David has over 45 years of experience in all phases of residential and commercial real estate development, including acquisition, entitlements, infrastructure construction, building construction, leasing/sales, and property management. Relevant professional experience includes: Graduate of the Realtors Institute in 1981; Maryland Real Estate Broker’s license since 1988; past member of NAIOP’s Developers Council.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Roanoke College.

John D. Baker III is the Chief Executive Officer of FRP Holdings, Inc.  He assumed this position in 2024. Having joined the Company in 2012, he previously served as CFO and Treasurer as well as Financial Analyst for his predecessor John Milton, Jr.

John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Princeton University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.

David H. deVilliers, III, is the Chief Operating Officer of FRP Holdings, Inc., FRP Development Corp., and Florida Rock Properties, Inc. Since joining the firm in 2001, David III has been instrumental in the company’s expansion and growth. He is integral to the firm’s strategic investments, initiatives and notable transactions, including a $358 million, 41-building portfolio sale to an affiliate Blackstone Real Estate Partners in 2018.

David III received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration with a finance concentration from Loyola University.

Matthew C. McNulty is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of FRP Holdings, Inc. He assumed this position in 2024. Previously, Matt served as Chief Financial Officer (2018) and Chief Operating Officer (2021) of Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc. Prior to Patriot, Matt was employed by Florida Rock Industries, Inc. From 2000 to 2003, he practiced as an Associate Corporate Attorney at Rogers, Towers, PA.

Matt holds a B.S. in Accounting from Florida State University (Florida Certified Public Accountant – Inactive) and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida (Member of the Florida Bar Association – Inactive).

Janet brings over 25 years of professional administrative experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager & HR Coordinator. Janet provides support to the President and Executive Vice President as well as all of the FRP team. She ensures the smooth operation of the company, assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, and manages and oversees the administration of benefits and HR policies.

Michelle provides administrative support to the Executive Management team (Board Chairman, CEO, CFO and General Counsel) in the Jacksonville, FL office.  Michelle brings over 20 years in Real Estate Administration, handling transactions throughout the contractual cycle. She contributes her administrative success to her relationship building skills and closing expertise to ensure client satisfaction.

Tanya brings over 25 years of financial management and administrative experience as an Executive Assistant. She provides support to the Executive Management team (Board Chairman, CEO and CFO) in the Jacksonville, FL office. In her previous roles she was responsible for building long-term relationships and managing the administration of Private Client portfolios.

Tanya holds a B.S. in Communications and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Florida.

Todd oversees all Asset Management activities and serves as the main external point of contact for leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. He has over 15 years of experience in the commercial real-estate sector. With $500+M in transaction volume, he maintains extensive relationships within the brokerage community. Prior to joining FRP, Todd was a broker with NAI KLNB, and previously served in roles focused on compliance and government relations.

Todd holds a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.

With over 15 years of industry experience in product types ranging from Industrial to Multi-Family and Mixed Use, Matt directs all construction activities at FRP from design and estimating through construction and delivery. Also heavily involved in site selection, acquisitions due diligence, entitlements, and property management, Matt has been an integral part of FRP since 2011.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland and is accredited with CPE and LEED AP designations.

JoHannah has been a part of the FRP family since 2005. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in a variety of administrative positions within the company. A critical member of the construction team, she also assists with certain Property Management and Accounting functions.

Blane Trebes is the Construction Field Superintendent. Blane initially joined the firm in 1998, and left for several years to lead and manage his own concrete business. His return in 2008 was critical in allowing the company to continue its expansion. He constructs industrial buildings and manages complicated interior fit-outs. With over 30 years of experience in construction, he maintains extensive relationships within the construction industry and is an important part of the FRP family.

John D. Klopfenstein has been the Controller & Chief Accounting Officer of FRP Holdings, Inc. since 2005. He started his career with the company in 1985. He has over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance. Relevant professional experience includes: Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional and Certified Treasury Professional.

John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of North Florida.

Suzanne oversees property, corporate, and joint venture accounting for FRP Development Corp. and Florida Rock Properties, Inc. Suzanne joined the team in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in accounting within the real estate and construction industry. Prior to joining the team at FRP, Suzanne was the Assistant Controller with A&R Development Corporation, and prior to that, was an accountant for Mercedes Homes of Central Florida.

Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

As Accounting Supervisor at FRP, Savannah is responsible for fixed asset accounting, preparing financial statements, and maintaining strong working relationships with joint venture partners to achieve financial reporting accuracy. She has four years prior real estate experience working at Morgan Properties.

Savannah earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Towson University.

Pamela began her career with FRP in 1999 and has been with the company for a combination of twenty years. After taking a five year hiatus to move to Costa Rica, we were happy to invite her great work ethic and enthusiasm back into the FRP family. In her current role as Sr. Property Accountant, she coordinates with operations, tenants and the accounting department. Prior to her move, she was previously our Director of Accounting and has been a big part of FRP’s growth over the years.

As the Accounting and Finance Manager at FRP, Brendan is responsible for managing period-end accounting closes, performing various financial analyses, and maintaining financial budgets. Prior to joining FRP, Brendan was an audit senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Baltimore and Washington D.C, primarily serving real estate and private equity clients.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce, Accounting, and Business/Management from Washington and Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As the Sr. Financial Accountant at FRP, Chad is responsible for overseeing Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and assisting with Joint Venture accounting to ensure reporting accuracy.  Prior to joining the FRP team, Chad worked as a Consultant for Clearview Group and at Safeway for 4 years assisting in the financial reporting for their Distribution Center in the Eastern Division.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Juniata College.
