Cranberry Run Business Center II

1001 Old Philadelphia Road is a collection of parcels totaling 55 acres in Aberdeen, Harford County, MD, and currently leased to multiple users for trailer storage.  FRP is seeking entitlement and development of these parcels to include +/- 650,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and industrial uses consistent with the general makeup of the neighboring area.  FRP is the sole owner of this project.
