755 Chelsea Road totals nearly 17 acres in the Perryman Industrial section of Aberdeen, in Harford County, MD.  Formerly farmland, the site is currently under construction of a 259,000 sq. ft. warehouse which is consistent with the makeup of the neighboring areas.  Construction is scheduled to be complete in the 3rd Quarter of 2024.  FRP is sole owner of this project.
