Patriot Business Park
The site for the future development of Patriot Business Park is located off I-66 at the intersection of the Route 234 Bypass.  Site construction is scheduled to begin in August of 2008.

Hillside Business Park
Construction of the fifth and final building at Hillside Business Park, 7030 Dorsey Road, is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2008.  The first floor concrete has been poured and the steel beams have been erected.  FRP is very excited about the completion as this will be our first construction of a full-service two-story office building, comprised of approximately 66,000 square feet.  When fully developed, Hillside Business Park provides a gross potential of up to 550,000 square feet of industrial office space.

Windlass Run Business Park
The grand opening of MD 43 (extended) occurred in October 2006.  Construction of Windlass Run Business Park, beginning with 11500 Crossroads Circle, is well underway and is scheduled to be completed in July of 2008.  Plans for this building include 66,000 square feet of warehouse with 60 acre planned business community has the ability to provide multiple commercial, office and retail buildings totalling 515,000 square feet.

Lakeside Business Park
Lakeside now includes eight buildings with four lots totaling 26.0 acres remaining for future development.  Construction has begun for the next building at Lakeside (2201 Lakeside Boulevard - 148,995 sf.).
