Windlass Run Business Park, purchased in December of 2002, encompasses approximately 50 acres with the potential for the development of five buildings, totaling approximately 515,000 square feet. Grading and infrastructure began this past summer, and the first building is well underway.
The residential portion of the property, also known as Bird River Residential contains 120 acres which will undergo a Planned Unit Development (PUD). Upon completion of the PUD, the properties will be sold to third parties.
