| Lakeside Business Park
Edgewood, Maryland - Harford County 
LAKESIDE BUSINESS PARK (a 120-acre parcel located in Edgewood, Maryland near the I-95 Route 24 interchange) was purchased in 1996 and land development commenced immediately thereafter. Lakeside now includes eight buildings with four lots, totaling 26.0 acres, remaining for future development. Construction of the next building at Lakeside (2201 Lakeside Boulevard - 148,995 sq. ft) commenced in the Spring of 2008. When fully developed, Lakeside will have 1.2 million leaseable square feet of buildings.
