FRP Development Corp. / Florida Rock Properties, Inc. (FRP) is a Maryland based full service development company specializing in commercial and industrial real estate. Incorporated in May of 1989, the company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc., a Florida-based company, publicly traded on the NASDAQ Stock Market under the symbol “PATR.” FRP's land development division has developed the Lakeside Business Park in Harford County, Maryland and Hillside Business Park in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. In addition, Windlass Run Business Park in Baltimore County, Maryland is in the construction stage, and Commonwealth Business Park in Duval County, Florida is undergoing initial engineering. FRP's construction development division is responsible for all new building construction. During the past eighteen years the company has completed twenty-three high quality office/warehouse facilities bringing its current building portfolio to over 2.5 million square feet.
